Movin On Up! (or down OR over!)

Every year around this time we start to see some movement in the market as we prepare for the busiest time of year for real estate – SPRING! More and more inventory will begin to show up and we’re already seeing a little boost!

There are so many reasons why someone decides to make a move. Often it’s a life change like marriage, divorce, having a baby or a job transfer. Because these life markers continue to happen, we know that ‘this too shall pass’! In other words – the pendulum WILL swing back to a more balanced market.

In the meantime we often advise our clients that it’s best to purchase your new home BEFORE we list your home to sell. Here’s why:

The housing inventory remains low at the moment and so securing where you’ll go is vital. Many buyers have had to write offers a few times before securing their next home and this can be a bit of a process. We have multiple strategies to ensure a successful move as stress free as possible.

With an accurate pricing strategy, your home will likely sell within a week to 10 days of being listed and then we coordinate dates to line up with your new purchase.
