Southwest Langley, BC
A community known for its big trees and parkland, in Langley Township to the south of the Nicomekl River and adjacent to the US border. Its also a very equestrian community giving Langley the title of the ‘horse capital of BC’.

Types of Homes:
Brookswood is known for its detached homes on larger lots with old growth trees – hence the name. People move here for the land and natural landscape, and many older homes have been beautifully renovated! There are many elegant estates and new developments scattered about Brookswood and High Point Estates community was built in 2014 especially with the equestrian in mind.

Market Review (January 2022):

Average detached home: $1,945, 625. Up 63.7% over last year

Condo – no condo product

Transportation:
A hop skip and a jump to the US border, Langley City and Whiterock. Go by car or horse! Brookswood has access to transit however it is not as well connected as some of the other communities in Langley.

Uplands Elementary and Montessori
Belmont Bilingual Elementary

Shopping/Dining:
Brookswood is very much a small town alongside the big city. As such you’ll find a lot of local businesses with a few favorites like Starbucks. Brookswood Village is in the heart of Brookswood and local pubs, restaurants. For your chains you’ll want to head into downtown Langley.

Parks:
High Point Equestrian offers beautiful facilities.
Campbell Valley Park is a favorite in South Langley. Trails for both hikers and horseback riders in grassland & forests!

Recreation:
Horse back riding, Bmx biking, skateboarding, golf, wine tours; curling
